PETITION: Stop trade with Israel’s occupation

In the village of Qusra, Israeli settlers have cut off water and electricity and denied medical care to Palestinian families to try to drive them out. This is not an isolated act by a few extremists, it is a state sponsored campaign of terror that has seen at least 3,200 Palestinians forcibly displaced from their homes this year.

We must stand with the Palestinian people in the face of this escalating violence and ethnic cleansing as Israel rapidly expands its theft of their land. Just last month, Israel’s security cabinet approved a new budget of 1.3 billion shekels for establishing 34 new illegal settlements across the West Bank.

Disgracefully, the British government continues to support Israel’s crimes and allow trade that facilitates this intensification of violence against Palestinian communities.

The court set out clear obligations for the British government not to aid or assist Israel’s violations of international law, and to instead take steps that help bring about an immediate end to its illegal occupation.
