PALESTINE MARCH: 18 July

Posted: 9th July 2026

In the past few hours, hundreds of us have been protesting at Downing Street to demand the British government take urgent action to secure the release of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya and all Palestinians being imprisoned and persecuted by the Israeli state.

We must keep the pressure up. Join our national march on 18 July to demand the new Prime Minister take action to pressure Israel to end its genocide and apartheid against the Palestinian people.

Join the march

On Saturday 18 July Andy Burnham will likely have been confirmed as the next occupant of Downing Street. His predecessor Keir Starmer was forced to resign because of his deep unpopularity with the British public, due in no small part to his active support for Israel’s genocide.

Labour has lost most of its support to progressive parties and, as our polling has indicated, most of those who ditched Labour cite the government’s response to Israel’s genocide in Gaza as a factor. Other polling has shown that a large majority of Labour members support tougher action on Israel by the new leader.

Whoever comes next must break with this moral bankruptcy, or they will face a similar fate. Will you march to send a powerful message to the next Prime Minister?

Yes, I’ll join the march

Israel continues to commit a genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and is escalating its violent apartheid rule over the West Bank. Despite this, the British government continues to arm Israel and provide diplomatic support to its brutal regime. The new Prime Minister must end this complicity in genocide.

Join us at 12 noon on Saturday 18 July when we march for Palestine in London.

In solidarity,

Gabriel
