Climate Warfare Used in Iran.

This is not a conspiracy theory. The information comes from recently declassified documents that the US used this secretly during the Vietnam War and was discovered by a US Senator in 1972 and 48 countries signed the Enmod Convention Treaty, 48 years ago, promising never to use this again. This has been used in at least 7 countries in the Middle East and Africa, and maybe in parts of the US. It’s to be questioned and investigated further.
