Stop the War coalition - Appeal

The drum beat of war is getting louder. From Venezuela to Iran, Gaza to Greenland the world is on the brink of war. As Trump increases US military spending by a whopping 50%, European governments seek to emulate as best they can with a massive rearmament programme and the introduction of conscription. 

The UK military is expanding its training exercises in the Arctic in preparation for war with Russia and our foreign secretary talks of countering the Russian threat in the ”high north”. Meanwhile Starmer is planning on sending troops to Ukraine to police what will be an extremely shaky peace deal, putting British troops in the direct line of fire. The dangers of escalation to a full-scale war with Russia are very real.

We need to meet this war drive with a scale of resistance like never before. Help us do so by donating today.
