Interview on US strategy re Tech race with China

I learned a lot (too much) from this interview about US’s goals and strategies for developing technology to assure global super-power status.
I guess I’m naive, but I just can’t wrap my head around this whole mentality. And if tech and AI are being developed and used for this sort of insanity, as a species we’re screwed…it would seem.
