Palestine Solidarity Campaign: 100,000 of us gathered in London to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

Posted: 30th November 2025

Yesterday over 100,000 of us gathered in London to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. We marched to Keir Starmer’s doorstep to remind him that Israel’s genocide in Gaza is not over and to demand an end to occupation and apartheid.

This demonstration cost us over £30,000 to deliver and we were not able to cover this cost with donations on the day. Peter, can you help us cover this shortfall?

While our complicit government and media may have gone silent since the start of the so-called ceasefire, the genocide has not ended for the Palestinian people.

In Gaza, Israel has violated the truce over 500 times since it came into effect. Over 340 Palestinians have been killed, with the vast majority being children, women and the elderly. Israel continues to block the delivery of adequate levels of aid to the Strip, with only a fraction of the food required to end its engineered famine being allowed in.

Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, Israel has ramped up its air attacks and land incursions. Earlier this week in Jenin Israeli soldiers executed two unarmed Palestinian men who were attempting to surrender.

The failure of the British and other western governments to hold Israel accountable for its crimes has allowed it to continue its murderous rampage, this week once again expanding its attacks to Syria and Lebanon.

This genocide is not over. We cannot afford to stop campaigning on behalf of the Palestinian people. Peter, can you support us with a donation today?

Yes, I can

We have been marching, protesting, lobbying and campaigning relentlessly for the past 25 months. Together we have achieved some enormous BDS victories, including the Co-Op pulling all Israeli goods from the shelves. Together we have built the biggest and most sustained protest movement since the Suffraggettes. And together we have dragged our government into implementing the bare minimum of sanctions against Israel.

But there is still so much more we need to continue campaigning for. The UK government continues to sell arms to Israel being used to kill Palestinians. UK companies, institutions and universities continue to be complicit in Israeli occupation and apartheid. And the British state continues to repress those speaking out against Israeli war crimes.

Peter, can you help us continue the fight?
