A hundred thousand on the streets for Palestine

Yesterday was the 33rd national demonstration for Palestine. Over 100,000 marched. The mood was determined as protesters made clear they recognised the ceasefire for the sham it is and the Gaza plan a scheme for continued occupation that denies Palestinians any agency.
Around the world solidarity for Palestine was on display. We are part of a truly global movement and will remain so until the killing ends and Palestine is free.
For the last two years StW has been one of the main organising groups protesting against Israel’s genocide and our government’s complicity. We must keep going.

We are facing unprecedented restrictions on our ability to protest. Last minute restrictions were yet again imposed on yesterday’s demonstration. Britain is becoming known as the place where grannies get arrested for protesting a genocide. Four leaders of the Palestine movement are facing criminal prosecution for taking part in a peaceful Palestine protest. We need to defend our rights to protest. We need your help to do so.
