Cancels all contracts with Elbit Systems and close all its British factories:

Posted: 27th November 2025

Last week evidence was revealed showing that Israel has used banned cluster munitions in its recent invasion and bombings of Lebanon – an assault that killed more than 4.000 people in total.

Elbit Systems – Israel’s largest arms manufacturer and a company deeply implicated in Israel’s genocide – made these cluster bombs. But our government continues to give them lucrative military contracts. It even allows them to operate factories in Britain.

We need you to call on your MP to support a new parliamentary motion that demands the government cancels all contracts with Elbit Systems and close all its British factories:

Ask your MP to sign the EDM

The Convention on Cluster Munitions, which bans the use, production, transfer and stockpiling of cluster munitions, is signed by more than 100 countries, including Britain. Israel, unsurprisingly, refuses to sign it.

This weaponry is so abhorrent even the likes of Barclays bank have a policy not to invest in companies that trade in or manufacture them. But in spite of this commitment, Barclays continues to invest in Elbit Systems. That’s why the parliamentary motion also calls on Barclays to end its ties with Elbit Systems and demands the government to prevent companies from aiding international law violations.

Ask your MP to sign the EDM

Despite the so-called ceasefire, Israel continues to slaughter Palestinians in Gaza. Across historic Palestine it continues its crimes of apartheid, ethnic cleansing and military occupation.

So long as Palestinians are forced to resist this oppression, we must continue to stand with them in solidarity.

That’s why, this Saturday, marking the International Day of Solidarity with Palestine, we will once again be marching in London, demanding an end to the occupation, an end to apartheid, and an end to our government’s complicity.

Join us at Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly) at 12 noon.

In solidarity,

Dan
