Introductory slides from the third webinar on the Golden Dome

This is a useful summary of the information presented at the first two webinars.

The third webinar was a discussion of the potentially destabilising effect of the Golden Dome internationally.  Good speakers from both China and Russia.  Space launched weapons for attacking missiles during the boost stage would have to be activated with 2-4 minutes of an attacking missile launch.  This means essentially no time for human review and makes accidental progress to war all the more likely.
