Protest against Trump's State Visit

Posted: 15th September 2025

This week Donald Trump is set to come to Britain for a second state visit. Trump has provided the weapons, funding and diplomatic support that has been crucial to Israel’s continuing genocide against the Palestinian people. This Wednesday 17 September we will be assembling at Portland Place from 2pm and marching to Parliament Square to tell the government he’s not welcome. Will you join us?

Trump has provided huge support for Israel’s genocidal violence in Gaza. He has provided billions of dollars’ worth of arms, defence equipment and military training to Israel. He has undermined international law by sanctioning the ICC judges who rightly issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity. He has publicly supported plans to forcibly expel the 2 million Palestinians living there.

Despite this, our government has failed to challenge him, has continued to allow the supply of F35 components to US manufacturers then used by Israel to bomb Palestinians in Gaza, and has now disgracefully invited him to a second state visit to Britain.

At a time when the far-right is on the move, with hundreds of thousands marching in support of Tommy Robinson last weekend, we must show that we won’t back down. We must show solidarity with the Palestinian people and all those Trump has attacked. Join us at Portland Place at 2pm on Wednesday or from 5pm in Parliament Square.
