Palestine Solidarity Campaign: many hundreds joined our protests at sites supplying components for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets

Posted: 19th June 2025

  1. Yesterday, many hundreds joined our protests at sites supplying components for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets used to drop 2000lb bombs on Palestinians in Gaza.

We descended on the sites arming Israel’s genocide to demand an immediate end to Britain’s arms trade and military collaboration with Israel.

Watch and share the video from our protests in Havant, Rochester and Sheffield, and make plans to join Saturday’s national demonstration for Palestine in London.

Dozens of companies are involved in producing components for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets, with at least 15% of each jet made in the UK. Yet, the government refuses to stop the supply of these parts, without which Israel’s war planes could not operate.

We must keep the pressure up to demand that the British government stops arming Israel.

Join the national demonstration for Palestine this Saturday 21 June. Assemble 12noon at Russell Square.

The government has slowly started to shift its rhetoric – with ministers now condemning Israel’s starvation of Palestinians in Gaza. It recently introduced sanctions against 2 Israeli government ministers.

But this is nowhere near enough – the government continues to enable and support Israel’s genocide in Palestine.  Britain continues to supply Israel with weapons and military technology, and the RAF conducts regular spy flights over Gaza, providing Israeli forces with intelligence. Earlier this month, the government admitted that it is currently training Israeli military personnel in the UK.

On Saturday 21 June, we will march through London to demand an immediate arms embargo on Israel. Be there.
