Is It Time to Draft General Mark Milley for President?

Posted: 21st March 2025

Top General Milley did argue for peace negotiations in Nov 2022, after Ukraine did make some progress and when the war was still young. He argued that this would be a good time because the top military analysts figured that, from then on, Ukraine would begin to lose, despite all the money and weapons we could send them. YET, the state dept advisors and Biden told him to shut it up about peace, because they wanted Ukraine to continue the US proxy war against Russia – using Ukrainian soldiers but with our money and weapons.

As was foretold by Milley and his fellow military analysts, Ukraine would continue to lose from then on, and later on a leaked defense document also revealed that the military believed that Ukraine had little chance to progress any further. BUT through all of this, the Biden Team insisted to keep lying to the public (which the Nato states were told to do as well) about Ukraine’s slim chances.

Here news articles about Milley’s arguments before he was Shut Down.

Is It Time to Draft General Mark Milley for President?

The question is intentionally provocative, but today’s on-the-brink political reality calls for “outside the box” thinking, even in matters of resistance, struggle and elections.

Full disclosure: I am a military brat whose Air Force father flew missions in WWII and Viet Nam. I attended the US Air Force Academy (1965-67) before resigning during the latter war. In my view, military service is public service, and most of our admirals and generals are non-ideological servants whose loyalty is pledged to the Constitution and rule of law.
