Catch up: Nukewatch webinar marking John LaForge going to jail

Posted: 7th January 2023

Thank you to those of you who were able to join us live by computer or call in by phone for John’s Jail Send-Off. In case you missed it or you want to watch it again here is the link to the video:https://youtu.be/jcQDrwwD3R0

Ways you can take action:

  • CELEBRATE THE TPNW! Start making plans for a January 22 day of action if you haven’t already! There will be a zoom on January 10 with Nuclear Ban Treaty Collaborative—register at nuclearbantreaty.org. It will be a meeting to share ideas, plans, and information, and hear an announcement from Back from the Brink about a TPNW bill that Rep. Jim McGovern will introduce in the House in January. Get resources and ideas for actions at nuclearbantreaty.org/resources-for-actions/

  • DONATE TO NUKEWATCH – at nukewatchinfo.org

  • WRITE TO JOHN—Remember that mail takes about 2 weeks to reach Germany from the US. Use a “Global” stamp for a 1-oz letter. Larger sized mail takes longer to ship in Germany. Send mail now through Feb. 15.
