MOD equipment affordability risks remain despite £48bn extra funding

Despite a huge increase in funding, the National Audit Office has warned that the Ministry of Defence’s Equipment Plan faces serious cost pressures. Nuclear programmes appear to be particularly susceptible to cost increases. Read more.
