Declassified UK: War Criminals?

When lawyer Chris Sidoti of the UN Commission of Inquiry said Israel was committing genocide in Gaza in September 2025, it was the highest authority yet to make that assessment. 

In an exclusive interview, Chris spoke to Declassified about the responsibility of the UK to investigate Israeli soldiers returning from Gaza, after he told the UN commission this year that, ‘anyone who has served in the Israel Defense Forces in Gaza since October 2023 must be considered a suspect for the [UN] commission of war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide’.
