Abingdon Peace Group: "Across the Divide" - Israelis and Palestinians working together

For our November meeting, we have decided not to invite a speaker but to invite all our members to contribute their time and energy to researching one or two organisations which work “across the divide” with Israelis & Palestinians working together. We would be very happy if Salisbury CND friends would join us!
Attached is a list garnered from various sources and no doubt incomplete. Far too many for us to cover all, but it would be good to know if you have any members who have knowledge of any particular ones?

Meanwhile our next Peace Group meeting is this Tuesday 21st November at 8pm. In the newsletter I called it “Gaza/Israel -
the unfolding nightmare” but the original idea was really “Gaza/Israel – Working Across the Divide” and we asked you to look for and read about at least one organisation that has Israeli Jews and Arabs working together for peace and reconciliation. The attached document has some. If you have personal connection with any of them, do please join us and share your experience.
In our Zoom meeting we will create a space to share thoughts, quotes and articles we have each found helpful as we mourn the continuing crisis together. Please join us!
