We’re writing to let our supporters know about a special upcoming film screening that we think many of you will find deeply moving and timely.
The Hardest Bridge is a new documentary directed by our trustee Dr Imad Karam, an award-winning British-Palestinian filmmaker who was brought up in Gaza City. The film tells the extraordinary story of Jo Berry and Pat Magee, and their shared journey of forgiveness and reconciliation following the Brighton bombing that killed Jo’s father.
The film explores what it truly means to choose dialogue over hatred, and humanity over vengeance, offering a profound reflection on forgiveness, accountability, and transformation in a deeply divided world.
Screening date: Tuesday 3 February at 7.30pm
Location: Auditorium, St John’s College, St Giles, Oxford OX13JP
Registration is not required. Followed by a drinks reception.
Do free to share this invitation with friends who may be interested.
With warm regards,
The Britain Palestine Project Team
